Here's a meal that could be eaten for breakfast.

I am presently eating 1 meal a day @ 5 pm

Ground pork with almond flour and coconut milk to make a gravy. I pour this on top of pre-fried cauliflower. 

Also mayo - avocado dip (see video) for fresh broccoli & cauliflower with avocado & butter.

A favorite breakfast or anytime meal ... egg, avocado & butter.

Use bacon, pork belly, salmon

Easy to eat high fat with this combo
